Ryan earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014 and is a certified Foundation Training Instructor. He has worked with a variety of individuals, ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors. Ryan teaches his clients a series of specific movements and exercieses that will serve as the ‘Foundation’ to their existing workout routines; his mission is to use the Foundation Training method to help his clients explore, understand and address their pain or dysfunction.
