What To Expect From Your Visit

From your very first appointment, you'll experience a level of care that goes beyond the typical clinic visit. Here's how our process works to get you back to feeling your best.

Discover evaluation

Discover

Your first visit includes a 60 to 90 minute comprehensive evaluation with your dedicated provider. During this appointment, we conduct a full health history review, orthopedic testing, neurological screening, movement assessment, and postural analysis to build a complete picture of your condition. We take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your activity level and goals, and identify the root cause of your pain or limitation rather than just treating symptoms.

By the end of this visit, you will have a clear diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and a realistic timeline for recovery. Most new patients also receive their first treatment during this evaluation, so you leave the office feeling better than when you walked in. If imaging or additional testing is needed, your provider will explain exactly what is recommended and why before proceeding.

Recover treatment

Recover

Once your evaluation is complete, your provider builds a structured treatment plan designed to resolve your condition as efficiently as possible. This plan typically includes weekly visits where your provider uses a combination of chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, and therapeutic exercises tailored to your specific needs.

Every follow-up session is a dedicated one-on-one appointment with the same provider who performed your evaluation. There is no rotating between practitioners or repeating your history. Your provider tracks your progress at each visit, adjusts techniques and intensity based on how your body is responding, and keeps you informed about your recovery trajectory. Most patients begin to notice meaningful improvement within the first two to four weeks of consistent care.

Sustain results

Sustain

As your condition improves, your provider transitions your care from active treatment to a maintenance and prevention phase. Follow-up visits in this stage typically last 45 to 60 minutes and focus on reinforcing the progress you have made, addressing any residual issues, and building resilience against future injury. Your provider may introduce performance-focused exercises, mobility drills, or recovery protocols that you can continue on your own between visits.

Many of our patients choose to continue with regular maintenance visits even after their original condition has resolved. Consistent care helps athletes and active adults stay ahead of wear and tear, maintain optimal joint function, and catch small issues before they become bigger problems. Whether you visit monthly or weekly, the Sustain phase is about keeping your body performing at its best for the long term.
