What Your Visit Includes

At Dynamic Sports Medicine, every visit is a hands-on, one-on-one session with a licensed provider. Unlike many clinics where you rotate between technicians or spend most of your appointment waiting, your entire visit is dedicated treatment time with the same practitioner who manages your care from start to finish.

New Patient Visits

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive 60 to 90 minute appointment. During this time, your provider conducts a thorough health history review, orthopedic and neurological examination, movement assessment, and postural analysis. Based on these findings, they develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific condition and goals. Most new patients also receive their first treatment during this visit, so you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

This evaluation goes well beyond what you would experience at a standard chiropractic office. Our providers are trained in sports medicine, functional movement, and advanced soft tissue techniques, giving them a broader toolkit for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.

Follow-Up Visits

Each follow-up appointment lasts 30 to 45 minutes and focuses on targeted treatment based on your care plan. Your provider reassesses your progress at every visit, adjusting techniques and intensity as your condition improves. Follow-up sessions may include chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise instruction, or a combination of these approaches.

Because you see the same provider each time, there is no need to repeat your history or re-explain your symptoms. Your practitioner knows your case, tracks your progress visit to visit, and can make real-time decisions about your care. This continuity is one of the key reasons DSM patients see faster results than the industry average.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need insurance to be seen at DSM?

No. While we accept most major insurance plans, many of our patients choose to pay out of pocket for the convenience and transparency it provides. Our self-pay rates are listed above with no hidden fees. We also accept HSA and FSA cards, which allow you to pay with pre-tax dollars and save 20 to 35 percent on every visit depending on your tax bracket.

What is the difference between a membership and paying per visit?

Memberships are ideal for patients who need ongoing care, whether for chronic pain management, athletic recovery, or injury prevention. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers a set number of visits, and they receive discounts on any additional visits beyond their allotment. If you only need a few visits for an acute issue, per-visit pricing may be the better option. Our team can help you determine which approach makes the most financial sense for your situation.

Are there any additional costs beyond what is listed?

No. The prices shown above reflect the full cost of your visit. There are no facility fees, administrative charges, or surprise bills. If your provider recommends imaging such as X-rays, that cost is discussed with you beforehand so you can make an informed decision.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay?

Yes. All DSM services are eligible for HSA and FSA payment. Simply present your HSA or FSA card at checkout, and we process it like any other debit or credit card. This is one of the most cost-effective ways to pay for chiropractic and sports medicine care because you are using pre-tax income.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For patients who prefer to spread their costs over time, we offer flexible payment plans with no interest. Ask our front desk team about available options when you schedule your appointment or during your first visit.
