About Dr. Sarah Linder

Dr. Sarah Linder is a sports-focused chiropractor with more than five years of experience helping active individuals, athletes, and busy professionals move better, recover faster, and stay in the game.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dr. Linder grew up competing in a wide range of sports, including martial arts, basketball, and cross country. Her lifelong connection to athletics led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico before moving to Dallas, Texas, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University.

During her time at Parker, Dr. Linder continued to stay active and involved in sports, competing in both soccer and golf through the Chiro Games. Her clinical training emphasized sports chiropractic, functional movement, and athlete-centered care. During her internship year, she was selected to participate in the sports pod within the Parker University student clinic, where she had the opportunity to work with high-level athletes, including professional athletes from the WNBA and members of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Over the past five years, Dr. Linder has built a strong reputation as one of the leading sports chiropractors serving the North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Georgetown communities. Her approach combines advanced chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, and functional movement strategies to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain, improve mobility, and perform at their best.

Dr. Linder believes that movement is medicine. Her goal is not only to treat pain, but to identify the root cause of dysfunction and give patients the tools they need to stay active, resilient, and confident in their bodies. Each treatment plan is personalized based on the patient’s goals, activity level, injury history, and lifestyle.

She regularly works with athletes, CrossFitters, runners, golfers, weekend warriors, and patients simply looking to move through life with less pain and better function.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Linder enjoys spending time with friends, staying active in CrossFit, exploring mountain biking trails, and hanging out with her fur baby.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

When you schedule your first appointment with Dr. Sarah Linder, DC, you can expect a thorough and focused evaluation from start to finish. Your initial visit begins with a detailed conversation about your health history, current symptoms, activity level, and personal goals. This helps your provider understand the full picture before any hands-on assessment begins.

From there, Sarah will perform a comprehensive physical evaluation, including movement screening, strength testing, and targeted orthopedic assessments relevant to your condition. Every finding is explained clearly so you understand exactly what is happening in your body and why.

Before you leave, you will have a personalized treatment plan outlining your diagnosis, recommended interventions, visit frequency, and realistic timelines for recovery. Most patients begin hands-on treatment during their very first session. Follow-up visits are structured to build on each prior session, with measurable benchmarks tracked along the way so you can see your progress in real time.
