Expert care backed by evidence-based methods and hands-on treatment.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
When you schedule your first appointment with Dr. Seth Aungst, you can expect a thorough and focused evaluation from start to finish. Your initial visit begins with a detailed conversation about your health history, current symptoms, activity level, and personal goals. This helps your provider understand the full picture before any hands-on assessment begins.
From there, Seth will perform a comprehensive physical evaluation, including movement screening, strength testing, and targeted orthopedic assessments relevant to your condition. Every finding is explained clearly so you understand exactly what is happening in your body and why.
Before you leave, you will have a personalized treatment plan outlining your diagnosis, recommended interventions, visit frequency, and realistic timelines for recovery. Most patients begin hands-on treatment during their very first session. Follow-up visits are structured to build on each prior session, with measurable benchmarks tracked along the way so you can see your progress in real time.
Our Treatment Approach
At Dynamic Sports Medicine, every provider follows the same evidence-based, patient-first philosophy. Dr. Seth Aungst works with each patient one-on-one to understand their condition, identify root causes, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Our providers combine hands-on techniques with advanced therapies to deliver comprehensive care that targets the source of your pain - not just the symptoms. Treatment plans are built around your specific goals, whether that's returning to sport, managing chronic pain, or optimizing daily movement.
Every visit at DSM includes dedicated time with your provider. No rotating assistants, no cookie-cutter protocols - just focused, expert care designed to get you moving your best.
Conditions We Commonly Treat

Sports Injuries. From ligament sprains and muscle tears to stress fractures and joint dislocations, our team treats the full spectrum of athletic injuries. We work with athletes at every level to accelerate recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury through targeted rehabilitation.
Chronic Pain. Long-standing neck pain, back pain, headaches, and joint stiffness often have underlying mechanical causes that go unaddressed. Our providers identify those root causes and apply hands-on treatment combined with corrective exercise to deliver lasting relief.
Overuse Injuries. Tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, and repetitive strain conditions respond well to the progressive loading protocols and manual therapy techniques used at DSM. Treatment is designed to resolve the problem, not just manage symptoms.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation. Following procedures such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, or spinal surgery, structured rehabilitation is critical. Our providers guide patients through every phase of recovery with clear milestones and evidence-based progression.
