Overall the experience was good and professional. However, I was taken a back that my 1st appointment lasted 30 minutes and there was absolutely ZERO comprehensive 60-minute initial chiropractic evaluation that says online will take place. I was still charged for the hour initial appointment session (even though it was treated as a follow-up appointment)…
