Overall the experience was good and professional. However, I was taken a back that my 1st appointment lasted 30 minutes and there was absolutely ZERO comprehensive 60-minute initial chiropractic evaluation that says online will take place. I was still charged for the hour initial appointment session (even though it was treated as a follow-up appointment)…
They found the underlying problem of my shoulder pain/discomfort and received the proper treatment. Definitely go with time because they have all the equipment necessary to solve the issue. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Tim explained thoroughly where my pain originated and how the muscle and tendons worked in my affected area. I highly recommend.
This place is amazing!!! I have had chronic knee pain for 30 years and just wanted some relief - and the amazing team here provided that for me! From the first phone call, till the good-bye out the door, they were so kind and super helpful! I recommend this place to anyone dealing with pain!
